Biography:

Anjali, a Santa Fe, New Mexico native, ventured to New York City to pursue her dream of becoming a professional dancer. Under the tutelage of esteemed mentors Ray Kurshals and Kevin Bowen, she honed her skills and developed an unyielding passion for Pilates and the art of movement. However, fate had a different plan in store for Anjali when she underwent knee surgery, which temporarily halted her dancing aspirations. It was during this challenging time that she discovered the transformative power of pilates. The method not only aided in her recovery but also ignited a deep-rooted belief that pilates could benefit anyone, regardless of their fitness level or background. Anjali's unwavering passion for pilates extends beyond the physical aspects. She firmly believes in its healing potential, striving to empower individuals to develop a strong, stable, and healthy lifestyle. With a challenging, full body workout each class, her ultimate goal is to empower others to live healthy, balanced lives through pilates.
