FAQ

  • 1. How long are the sessions and is there a break between classes?
All sessions are 45 minutes long with a 15-minute break prior to the next class.
  • 2. Do you offer private sessions?
We apologize, but we do not provide private sessions at this time.
  • 3. Can I visit the studio in person to gather information?
We do not have a front desk person available for walk-ins. However, you can contact us via phone or email, and we will be happy to answer any questions you have. All necessary information can also be found on our website.
  • 4. What are the operating hours and arrival time requirements?
The building's entrance is open from 7.30 am to 7.30 pm during the week. For classes that start at 7.00 am, participants are required to arrive at least 10 minutes early. For all other sessions, it is advised to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. The reason for these arrival time requirements is to ensure that classes can start promptly and smoothly without any disruptions. Late arrivals can be disruptive to the class and may cause inconvenience to other participants. Therefore, it is important to arrive on time to respect the schedule and the other attendees. If a participant arrives late, it may not be possible for them to join the class that has already begun. This is why it is emphasized to arrive early to avoid any inconvenience.
  • 5. What is the cancellation policy?
You can change or cancel your booking up to 8 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in a loss of the session.
  • 6. What happens in case of a no-show?
Failure to attend a scheduled session will also result in a loss of credit or session. No additional charges will be applied.
  • 7. Are your classes suitable for pregnant individuals?
Regular group classes are not recommended for pregnant individuals. We suggest considering pre-natal group classes. However, if there is a demand, we can explore the possibility of accommodating pregnant individuals. Thank you for your understanding.
  • 8. Do I need to bring grip socks?
We do not require grip socks. Clients are responsible for sanitizing the equipment after each class.
  • 9. Can I bring my dog to the class?
While we love dogs, we cannot accommodate them during the class due to potential allergies among participants and our instructors.
  • 10. Are there any guidelines regarding phone usage?
Before starting your sessions, please ensure that your phone is silenced and put away with your belongings. We encourage participants to focus on their bodies and avoid distractions from their phones.
  • 11. Can I bring my own water bottle?
Yes, we have a water cooler available for you to refill your water bottle. However, please note that while we do provide cups, we kindly request that you refrain from keeping any water cups, coffee cups, juice cups, etc. around the Reformer machines. We encourage the use of personal water bottles instead.
