4. What are the operating hours and arrival time requirements? The building's entrance is open from 7.30 am to 7.30 pm during the week. For classes that start at 7.00 am, participants are required to arrive at least 10 minutes early. For all other sessions, it is advised to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. The reason for these arrival time requirements is to ensure that classes can start promptly and smoothly without any disruptions. Late arrivals can be disruptive to the class and may cause inconvenience to other participants. Therefore, it is important to arrive on time to respect the schedule and the other attendees. If a participant arrives late, it may not be possible for them to join the class that has already begun. This is why it is emphasized to arrive early to avoid any inconvenience.
