Absolutely! You’re always welcome to stop by and explore our space. While you’re here, enjoy a drink from our Holydog Café and take a look around the studio. It’s the perfect way to get a feel for our community before your first class.
Our studio is open during the following hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
To ensure all sessions start on time and run smoothly, we kindly ask that participants arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. This helps maintain a calm, focused environment and respects the experience of both instructors and fellow attendees.
We allow a 4-minute grace period after the scheduled start time. However, entry will not be permitted beyond this time, as late arrivals can disrupt the flow of the class.

You can change or cancel your booking up to 8 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in a loss of the session.
Failure to attend a scheduled session will also result in a loss of credit or session. No additional charges will be applied.
Regular group classes are currently not available to pregnant individuals. However, if there is sufficient demand, we are open to creating prenatal classes to meet their needs. Thank you for your understanding.
Grip socks are not required. Clients are responsible for sanitizing the equipment after each class.
If you’d like to use grip socks, you can purchase them directly at the studio.
While we love dogs, we cannot accommodate them during the class due to potential allergies among participants and our instructors.
Before starting your sessions, please ensure that your phone is silenced and put away with your belongings. We encourage participants to focus on their bodies and avoid distractions from their phones.
Yes! We have a water dispenser available for you to refill your bottle anytime. Please note that we don’t provide cups, and we kindly ask that no open drinks (coffee, juice, or disposable cups) be brought near the Reformer machines. We encourage everyone to use their personal water bottles to keep the studio safe and clean.
Yes! We have a changing room where you can comfortably change your clothes. Additionally, restrooms are conveniently located downstairs for your use.
